Rule 1
Respect and conduct
Players must treat all members with courtesy and respect in-game and on Discord. Harassment, excessive taunting, racism, homophobia, transphobia, and other toxic behavior can lead to suspension or permanent removal.

Play fair, respect people
These rules cover player conduct, property, PvP, communication, inactivity, appeals, and how rule changes are approved.
Rule 2
Griefing
Destroying a player's base, objects, or server property without consent from the player or administration is prohibited.
Rule 3
Stealing
Removing another player's items without explicit permission is prohibited. Written permission is recommended when players are not on the same team or regularly affiliated.
Rule 4
Unconsented property destruction
Destroying or removing property without the player's consent is prohibited. If a player is inactive or removed from the whitelist, check with an admin first.
Rule 5
Hacking and unfair advantages
Attempts to force influence over players or server administration for unfair advantage are prohibited. X-ray packs, see-through free cam, and unfair duping are not allowed.
Rule 6
Duping
Duping that improves quality of life may be permitted, but players must confirm with an admin before building a duper that may fall outside the spirit of the rule.
Rule 7
PvP consent
PvP is generally not permitted unless all involved players explicitly consent. The same standard applies to group PvP.
Rule 8
Chat and Discord spam
Repeated messages or images that make chat unusable for normal communication are prohibited.
Rule 9
Building distance
Players who are not basing together should generally keep at least 8 chunks between bases to preserve fair resource distribution.
Rule 10
Closed bases and restricted areas
Closed bases should be clearly marked with a sign near the entrance, portal, or front door.
Rule 11
Community farms
Community farms around spawn must be respected. If a player breaks one, they should notify an admin and offer materials to fix it.
Rule 12
Inactivity
Players inactive for more than 5 days may be removed. Players who will be away longer should inform an admin.
Rule 13
Age requirement
Players must be above age 17, except players grandfathered before the age limit changed on October 26, 2025.
Rule 14
Communication
Voice Chat mod is optional. Players may use Discord voice chat, in-game chat, or /msg. Soundboards and voice changers are allowed only when they do not become obnoxious or disruptive.
Rule 15
Infractions
Rule breaks may result in a 3-hour ban for a first offense, 6-hour ban for a second offense, and 24-hour ban for a third offense. More severe outcomes can include return of property, compensation, or permanent ban.
Rule 16
Permanent bans and review
A player may first be banned for 24 hours while the review board confirms whether the rules were broken. Permanent bans require agreement with the admin decision.
Rule 17
Appeals
The server elects a board of appeals for players who feel they were unjustly punished. The board reviews cases and decides by majority vote.
Rule 18
Rule amendments
Admins cannot amend the rules without a vote. Proposed amendments must be confirmed by a majority of 50%.
